Michelle Landewee – Board Member of the Heinz Special Holiday Travel Foundation
I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Michelle Landewee , graduated in 2020 as a nursing assistant and now graduated as a nurse . I am currently following a management training in healthcare , with which I combine my passion for care and organization. In addition, I work with great pleasure at the Godshuis RCG in Roermond .
My first encounter with the foundation
My involvement with Stichting Heinz started at school, when Heinz gave a presentation at Gilde Opleidingen Venlo . His story touched me immediately, and I knew: I want to be part of this. Not long after, I was allowed to go on my first trip to Tenerife , an experience that only strengthened my love for care holidays.
I then went to Someren two more times. The warmth, the homely feeling and the nice conversations with our guests make this location special to me. In the future I look forward to discovering other destinations together with our team and the guests.
What makes this foundation so special
What appeals to me in this foundation is the real attention for the person . The bond that develops between volunteers and guests is sincere and profound. Here you have the time to listen, to laugh, to share. Every story is unique, every journey enriching.
During the holidays it is incredibly valuable to be together with such special people: lovely guests, motivated volunteers, involved interns and a fantastic tour guide. Together we create unforgettable memories.
Proud board member
It is an honor to be a board member of Stichting Heinz. We are a team with one clear mission:
Everyone deserves a vacation.
I strongly believe in this vision and would like to contribute to it. Through my experience in healthcare and my education in healthcare management, I hope to make a valuable contribution to the future of our foundation.
See you soon!
I look forward to meeting you on one of our trips.
Together we make every holiday a warm, caring and unforgettable experience.
Yours sincerely,
Michelle Landewee
